At Vortex Racing, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for any material or workmanship defects.
Conditions for Return
- You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
- We will only accept returns for products with defects in material or workmanship.
Non-Returnable Items
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, installed, or modified in any way.
- Clearance or sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team by email to request an RMA number.
- Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item(s) you are returning.
- Include a copy of your packing slip or receipt with the returned item(s).
- Ship the package to the address provided with your RMA number.
Return Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the defect. If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding any return shipping costs.

It may take up to 10 business days to process your return after we receive it.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
