Pegram takes 2! Larry Pegram won his 2nd & 3rd American Superbike race of the season after back-to-back victories at the Tornado Nationals this past weekend. He dominated Race 1 and went on to win Race 2 by 0.3 second. He moves into 3rd place in the season standings.
Championship Point Standings (after 16 of 20 races): 1. Mat Mladin, 390 pts 2. Hayden, 307 pts 3. Pegram, 286 pts
Cardenas with Win #6
Martin Cardenas fought his way back to win Race 2 of the Pro Daytona Sportbike class his 6th win of the '09 season and tie with Danny Eslick for the lead in the Championship Point Standings.
Championship Point Standings (after 16 of 20 races): 1. TIE Cardenas/Eslick, 318 pts 3. Herrin, 261 pts
Eslick back on top
Danny Eslick won Race 1 of the Pro Daytona Sportbike class to tie with Cardenas at the top of the points table. The win was an emotional one for the Richie Moss Racing team - they dedicated the win to the late Bruce Rossmeyer, who died in a motorcycle accident earlier last week.
